Clause 1 — Definitions and Scope of Application

In this document, "10cuci", "we" or "platform" refers to the 10cuci website operating under international licensing and accessible through the official domain. "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses any service offered by 10cuci.

These terms govern the relationship between 10cuci and users in connection with the use of all services including slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker and any other games available on the platform. Clause 4 — Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value for cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval.

Clause 5 — Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM200 — giving you a balance of RM300 — you need to complete wagers totalling RM4,000 (RM200 × 20) before withdrawing bonus winnings.

VIP Programme: Active users are eligible to join the 10cuci VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on membership tier — from Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback) to Diamond (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Eligibility to move up a tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

10cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse — including reverse wagering or hedging techniques — is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Clause 6 — Game Rules and Wagering

Clause 8 — Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 10cuci customer service. Prior to closure, all eligible balances may be withdrawn subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

10cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user is found to have violated any term in this document.
• The user provided false or inaccurate information during registration.
• There is suspicious activity or activity that conflicts with the platform's policies.
• The user fails to verify their identity when requested to do so.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, 10cuci reserves the right to withhold the balance in the affected account while an investigation is carried out.

Clause 9 — Limitation of Liability
